If I was doing this alone, I probably wouldnβt have made it to Day 18.
Not because I donβt enjoy writing, I do.
But because motivation fades.
Thatβs the thing about creative work:
You wonβt always feel inspired. You wonβt always have new ideas.
But if youβre part of a system, a challenge, or a group that keeps you accountable, youβll keep going.
For me, that system is Ship 30 for 30.
Knowing that others are publishing daily too, facing the same blank page, sharing progress, giving feedback, makes a huge difference.
Itβs not just discipline. Itβs collective momentum.
Every morning, when I see other writers βshipping,β it reminds me that Iβm not alone in the process.
Thatβs the power of group accountability:
You show up because others are showing up.
You build consistency before motivation returns.
You stop negotiating with yourself.
Whether youβre building a newsletter, a business, or a habit, find a group that challenges and supports you.
Because accountability outlasts motivation every single time.
