It’s 5:30 PM. I’m on my way to the gym.

Honestly? I almost didn’t go.

There’s always friction before motion.

Your mind finds a dozen reasons to stay still, too late, too tired, too busy.

But I’ve learned something simple:

the hardest part isn’t the work itself, it’s starting.

The same thing happens when writing newsletters or building a system.

You tell yourself you’ll start when you have more time, more clarity, or more subscribers.

But that “perfect moment” never comes.

You start.

You face resistance.

And once you move, friction turns into flow.

That’s why I’m still writing Lead Letters every day, even on days like this.

Because momentum compounds. And each small step; one post, one rep, one email creates the next.
